Submissions
11/26/2013
This blog is currently on hold. I’ve been unable to keep it up.
I’ll be posting a few last poems over the next couple of weeks but will not be accepting anymore submissions until I can catch up on other projects.
Alternately, I may reblog Chicano poetry from time to time.
For now, please consider submitting your work to La Bloga and
Somos en escrito.
Kindest regards,
Anisa

In regards to the poem line ” All the Earth is a grave and nothing escapes it”; I would like to use this line in my novel. Do I have permission to use it ?
Thank you
Jeremy Henderson
The poem is attributed to Nezahualcoyotl, an Acolhua philosopher-poet in pre-Columbian Mexico. You’d have to research that.
